Private Underground Locates

Buying a new property? At UPL Electrical we are continuously updating our services to better serve the community. We are now offering underground locate services for private properties.

Ontario One Call offers free services to locate underground utility lines from the road to your meter, but anything beyond the meter is considered private and is not included. It is recommended that you hire a professional contractor to complete the locating services on your private property, in order to prevent unforeseen damage or injury.

Our crew is fully trained, certified and ready to identify where electrical lines have been buried underground by using radio detection equipment. Through radio frequency signals they are able to locate dead power cables as well as high-voltage cables, which left undetected could be dangerous!

Let our team of well trained and knowledgeable professionals provide you with a diagram showing exactly where these lines are, so that no matter what you decide to build, you can have peace of mind before you dig.
